What is a fixed interest rate?

It is an interest rate charged on a liability, i.e. personal loan, that does not go up or down with the prime rate or other index rate. The interest rate on the fixed-rate loan remains the same during the loan term, which makes it easier for borrowers to budget for the future.

Every lender has different criteria, however, some common requirements for borrowers include: You must be of legal age in your province; You must have a valid telephone number; You must have a valid email address; You must have a valid government issued ID; A Canadian bank account; Proof of income

What happens if I don’t pay back a loan?

Not paying back a personal loan would have serious, long-term repercussions on your financial status. You will start to accumulate late fees or NSF charges as you begin to miss payments. Your creditor may send your debt to a collection agency. Your creditor may also report the loan default to a credit bureau. Your credit score will then decrease. A loan default can stay on your credit report for at least 6 years.

How do I make monthly payments?

We accept post-dated cheques , in-branch bank deposits, e-transfers, and wire transfers.
